Takhtal
Slab, also known as Takthal, is a steel product that has a length of 4 to 12 meters, a width of 1.25 meters, a thickness of 230 mm, and three rectangular cross-sections. (Unlike Billet and Bloom, which have a square surface.)
Normally, slabs are made through continuous casting or hot rolling (indirectly) from other types of steel ingots and used to make plates, steel sheets, etc.
